Validity

telenor Whatsapp package monthly is valid for 30 days, starting from the date of subscription, and when the package expires at 12 midnight, users will be notified of its expiry.

Terms and Conditions

1. Multiple subscriptions to this offer separate resources and their validity and are not merged
2. Telenor Monthly Whatsapp package can be subscribed multiple times.
3. Charging system reserves some data volume to open/access various applications/websites. Hence, if any other application/website is accessed, it may be charged at the usage base rate, even if data resources are not used as per the price-plan/offer of the resources enquiry.
4. Telenor reserves the right to make any changes to its packages at any time.
5. The billing system allocates a portion of the package’s existing data resources in MB when an application or website is opened/accessed, which may allocate all available MB when another data consuming use-case/app/website is accessed. Therefore, if any other data consuming use-case/app/website is accessed then charging at standard rate is possible.
6. When standard rate charging has started, a reminder will be sent as a notification with relevant offers to avoid further consumption on standard rate.
7. Telenor will send intimation to its customers about 80% and 100% usage of resources so that prompt action can be taken to avoid standard rate charging.
8. Telenor Monthly Whatsapp package can be easily used in areas providing 2G/3G/4G networks.
9. Data speed will depend on different factors like phone type, type of URL accessed, logistics of busy hours, network service provider, location etc.
10. If the resources package is exhausted before the package is exhausted, the customer will be charged Rs 1/MB incl. tax will be charged
11. All Telenor GSM prepaid customers are eligible for this offer
12. When this package expires, it will not be renewed.
13. Call setup charges are not applicable for Telenor Monthly Whatsapp package
14. Prices and resources may vary depending on geographic location.
